Q. How can we be confident your processing our data?
A. We are members of the 'Register of Data Controllers' scheme managed by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
Q. Who owns the Intellectual Property Rights for developed software?
A. Customers are granted a license which allows unlimited usage whilst the IPR vests with Symtex. We want you to come back to us for support and maintainance of your software product but should you wish to purchase the object code and IPR arising from your works we're happy to discuss arrangement.
Q. I'm starting a new business, what funding options are available?
A. We can put you in touch and direct you towards grant awarding bodies and brokers that may be able to help. Most often a good starting point is your local Business Link centre.
